Availability and delivery times
Normally, all of the items offered in the online store are in stock and ready to ship. However, it is possible that due to high demand, a product is not immediately available. If that is the case with your order, we will inform you immediately about a delivery delay.
Explanation of the available icons:

Please note that we have no influence on the actual shipping time. The times given are only indicative and may therefore vary widely. Among other things, the actual delivery time depends on the processing time at the customs authorities, the target country and even the weather.
Delivery services and shipping methods
To ensure safe shipping STEINERT TECHNOLOGIES offers different mailing options. During your order you can choose between two shipping methods:

Please report damaged items immediately to the delivery company. Thus, you are eligible for the shipping insurance.
Information for Express Shipping:
- If all items ordered are available now:
Upon successful payment we will ship on the next working day. If the order is on a Sunday or holiday, the shipping will be made on the next business day. - If not all items ordered are available now:
If we received your payment we will ship as soon as all items are available. We will ship on the next working day.
Unless STEINERT TECHNOLOGIES can deliver within 3 working days we will notify you by email and offer you the option to standard shipping. Too much paid shipping costs will be credited to you or on request refunded. The difference of the overpaid amount will be transferred preferably to a German bank account. The reimbursement to a Paypal account fees may apply to be borne by the customer.
Please note that we do not affect the processing time of the customs authorities. Although all parcels contain sufficient documentation the process can take several days. Normal customs clearance time is one working day.

To see the exact amount of postage to another possible combination of shipping and delivery service, please go to the "Checkout".
1. Step: If you are not already logged in first fill in your data.
2. Step: Then select your preferred method of shipping or delivery. The exact amount is instantly displayed.
At this point you can cancel the order for the "Checkout" at any time, you have not yet made any order.
Order Status and Tracking
STEINERT TECHNOLOGIES will inform you about the progress and the status of your order. You will receive three e-mails from us:
- A message when we received your order
- An informational e-mail once your order has been paid
- A message once your order has been passed to the delivery service
Registered customers can view the progress of the order in the online customer account under "your account".
Tracking
If you get your item shipped via express shipping, you can track your shipment online. In your online account you can check your package number in "My orders".
