Right of revocation
All products bought at Steinert Technologies can acquired within two weeks of receipt of the goods and returned without giving any reason. The period begins with receipt of the goods and this instruction. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the goods. The right of return does not apply to unsealed audio, video or software media or to goods which have been manufactured according to customer specifications (eg clothing production). Payments made by the contractor within 5 working days of receipt of the returned goods made by bank transfer to a customer account in Germany. This does not include the shipping costs, which can not be refunded. The return must be sent to the address of the goods supplied (see Form Returns / complaint). The return is risk and expense of the customer. The return must be postage paid. If Steinert Technologies arise additional costs due to insufficient postage for the return, so these costs will be charged with any payments made by the customer. Steinert Technologies reserves the right to a claim for compensation for damaged goods be extended. If the customer has any deterioration, loss or other impossibility, so he has to replace the reduction in value. The return of the merchandise must be in original packaging. If this is not possible, ensure the customer has a packaging that prevents damage to the goods. For a damage to the goods which is due to poor packaging, the customer is liable. Obvious defects (in particular damages, wrong deliveries or deviations in quantity), shipping damage or other defects must be immediately or at least within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods by a writing to Steinert Technologies. The communication is via email to service@steitec.net sufficient. Circuit boards and electronic components can by their use (if it has been soldered) not be exchanged or returned. A repair of loaded electronic boards can not be assumed.
