General Information
- The shipping costs depend on the weight of items ordered and the selected shipping method.
- During the order process you can select the preferred payment method.
Payment by Check / Bank Transfer
| When do you pay? | By bank transfer or online banking directly after you have received our order confirmation via email.

| What information is needed on the transfer? | 1. After completing your order you will receive all necessary information (invoice amount, invoice number, customer number) via email.
2. Please state the exact amount of the invoice do not make up or down rounding. 3. As intended please specify the invoice number and customer number from your confirmation email. Note: We can not accept any charges for transfers from outside Germany. |
| Bank account in Germany | The data of our bank details can be found in your confirmation email you received after ordering. |
| When do we send? | After receipt of payment. Please note that a bank transfer usually takes 2-3 business days. The delivery of the products can therefore be delayed.
Note: If within 14 working days no payment to our account is noted the order will be canceled. |
Payment via Paypal

In order to make the payment via PayPal, you will need a PayPal account. Registration:www.paypal.com. Your bank account / credit card will be linked with the Paypal account. |
| When do you pay? | After you have selected the payment method PayPal during the order process, check your information and then press the button "Payment". You will be redirected to PayPal. Note: Please make sure that you are directed back from the PayPal website to our shop. Only in this way the ordering process is completed correctly. |

You will be redirected to Moneybookers. Note: Please make sure that you are directed back from the Moneybookers website to our shop. Only in this way the ordering process is completed correctly. |

| Notes for payment on account | Schools, agencies and governments can order on account at STEINERT TECHNOLOGIES. For companies and private individuals, only the standard payment method during the ordering process are possible.
